He was predeceased by: his parents, Manson Hair and Lydia Johnson Hair; and his siblings, Horace and Carolyn Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Hair; his children, Amanda Turner (Shaun) and Robert E. Hair; his grandchildren, Darren Hair, Kaylee Hair, Christopher Hanks and Sydney Hanks; his siblings, Marie H. Rigsby (Butch) and Clarence Hair (Mary); and his nephews, Allen Hair, Alvis Rigsby and Michael Stallings.
