He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Belvin and Virginia Belvin of Yorktown, VA; his wife Sue Mathews Belvin; his grandchildren, Jessica Ireland and Ricky Ireland; and his brothers, John S Belvin and Robert Belvin (Bobby).
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Belvin Firth (Claude); his children, David Tennant, Dawn Belvin Kovalcheck (John) and Barbi Belvin Gamble (Dan); his grandchildren, Jordan Gamble Scott, Taylor Gamble, Kendall Gamble, Ashleigh Ireland and Tiara Ireland (Christopher Dalton); and his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Chloe, Hannah, Braiden, Rose, Colton, Caleb, Harrison and Hudson. He is also survived by his brothers, father and grandfather.
