He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Agnes Jensen and Ralph Blaine Priestley; and his significant other JoAnn Williamson Priestley. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Priestley of Gloucester, VA, Lori Priestley of Oak Ridge, TN, Terry Priestley of Bisbee, AZ and Kory Priestley of Gloucester Point, VA; his grandchildren, Blaine, Holly, Gabriel, Peyton, Morgan and Sophie; and his great grandchildren, Maddox, Zaynah and Alexia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Billy Moore Fund at Gloucester Parks and Recreation (6382 Main St. Gloucester, VA 23061), which helps to cover the cost of youth and senior programs.
