He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mullins; his daughters, Pamel Mullins, Patsy Mullins (David) and Cindy Carlton (Scott); his grandchildren, Christopher (Taylor), William (RM), Aaron (Amanda), Dillon (Kaylen), D. J. (Nicki), Dallas (Kasey), Preston, Melissa and Katelynn; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Savanah, Finley, Kelsea, Jameson, Hudson, Kinnick and Evelyn; and his brothers, Estel (Mabel), Charles and Tony (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
