He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Davis Chapman and Evelyn Lloyd Chapman; and his brother Raymond Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Brown Chapman; and his children, Kimberly Chapman Price (Keith), Amy Chapman Green (Albert), Orren "Odie" Davis Chapman (Roxanne), Douglas Neil Hegamyer (Angie) and Karen Groner (Bryan). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
