He is survived by: his father David Weatherwax (Janie); his wife Marsha Heims Weatherwax; his children, Martin and Miriam; his siblings, Jen Daniels (Curt) and Ben Weatherwax (Kayla); his mother-in-law Darlene Heims; his siblings-in-law, Mark Heims (Ginger), Ron Heims (Shelly) and Nancy Atkinson (Paul); and his nieces and nephews, Colt Daniels, Piper Daniels, Paige Daniels, Remy Weatherwax, Rowan Weatherwax, Brendan Heims, Kyleigh Heims, Mike Atkinson, Troy Atkinson, Kaitlyn Heims, Kelsey Heims, Lexi Heims and Grace Heims.
