She is survived by: her children, Kacy Michelle Skidmore and Thomas Glen Hugheston Booth (Taylor); her parents, Glen Eads and Frances Eads; her siblings, Ruth Ann Thomas (Glenn), Bradley Michael Dial (Jody) and William Dial; and her friend Patty Dial. She is also survived by three grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
