Spencer; his stepson George Pittman (Stacy); his grandchildren, Katie and Taylor Pittman; and his siblings, Kate Berry (Billy), Mary Royster, Ethel Johnson (Douglas), Rose Jackson (John), Marian Shearin, Joyce Berry (William), Robert Spencer (Sandra) and Ernest Spencer (Marsha).
