He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozy Lowery and Louise Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Peggy Downey (Bill); his nieces, Megan Downey and Karen Downey; his stepdaughters, Erica Lee and Stephanie Stock; and his stepgrandchildren, Anderson and Marlow Lee.
