He was predeceased by: his father Ira Herman Millen; and his siblings, Tommie Millen, Raeford Millen, Joe Millen, Sterling Millen, Grace Jordan and Nina Barber.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Audrey" Millen; his children, Stanley Millen, Ernest Millen, Patrick Millen, Sandra West (Brian) and Sharon Williams (Jimmy); and his siblings, Johnny Millen and Magdalene Waters of Gloucester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
