He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burrell and Mattie Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Bertha E. Ward Burrell; his daughter Mattie Taylor of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Shawn Mitchell, Charles Taylor (Ashley), Alexander Burrell, Shane Lee, Alexis Burrell, Jazmine Green (Gregory), A'Leah Burrell, Taylor Burrell and Jeffrey Burrell, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kayden Dixon, Kaylee Burrell, Kamari Lee and Sahara Lee; his close friend Mary Turner; and his children, Raymond Googe, Dawn Googe (Rodney) of Gloucester and Jonathan Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
