He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lewis and Evelyn Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lewis; his daughter Marsha; his son-in-law Ashby Morgan; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Stacey Lewis; his sisters, Carolyn Broadwell and Melissa Ware; and his grandchildren, Phillip Morgan, Adam Morgan, Kyle Lewis, Megan Phelps, Sydney Hockaday, Ashton Lewis and Avery Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
