She is survived by: her children, Brenda Stokes, Eddie J. Stokes, Carl Stokes, James Stokes, Clifton Stokes and Charles Stokes; and her sister Shirley Gregory. She is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers in law, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
