She was predeceased by: her husband Max Albert Dick; her brothers, George and Kenneth; her parents, Carl Friend and Wanda Jane Stewart (VanHorn); and her grandson Daniel Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Rita (Dan), Richard (Donna), Patricia Bennett, Daniel (Denise) and Theresa Ainsworth; and her grandchildren, Rosalind Rita (Travis Wolf), Jocelyn Rita, Katherine Hendrix (Tim), Geoffrey Dick (Jill), Emily Buchanan (Ben), Marlene Allen (Shawn), Julia Barton (Steve), Christina Dick (Jay Calabro), David Dick, Hannah Ainsworth and Max Ainsworth. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (6262 Main St, Gloucester, VA 23061).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverside Hospice, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
