He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Tillage, Sr. and Hazel Hogge Tillage. He is survived by: his brother Construction; his wife Candace A. Tillage; his siblings, Edward Earl Tillage and Gloria Ann Lumpkin; and his stepchildren, Christine Silva (Scott), Danielle Perriello (Steve), Lorraine Peach (Jason) and Jeffrey Smith. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
