He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernard and Thelma Blake Belvin; and his wife Joyce Mae West Belvin. He is survived by: his children, Carlette Hunt (Bill) and Bernard Belvin; and his siblings, Barbara Belvin Dunston (Mitchell) and James Randolph Belvin (Della). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beaverdam Park's Whitcomb Lodge (8687 Roaring Springs Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061).
