She was predeceased by: her father Robert Guyon; and her siblings, Pete Guyon and Patricia Coven. She is survived by: her husband James Smith; her children, Dalton James "DJ" Smith and Krizma Alexis Smith-Arthur (Jimmy); and her granddaughters, Peyton and Presley Arthur.
In lieu of flowers, she has requested that donations be made in the memory of her to support her granddaughter Peyton Arthur whom is currently battling Leukemia. Donations can be earmarked for the Pediatric Oncology at the Children's Hospital Foundation, Box 980693 Richmond, VA 23298.
