She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Clark and Louise Clark; her daughter Rhonda Phillips; and her sister Jackie Clark. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly James; her grandchildren, Ashlee, Cody, Michael and Nicholas; and her sisters, Barbara Perkins and Millie Edwards. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
