It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Dixon Horsley of Gloucester, Virginia, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Dixon and Retha Lowney Dixon; and her spouse Wilmer Oakley Horsley. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Elliott, Cheryl Harper, Vincent Horsley, Robert Horsley, Angela Jamerson, Michael Horsley and Retha Horsley; and her sister Joan Ayers (Carolyn Harlow). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
