She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Hoyt Gates and John Hobart Gates. She is survived by: her daughters, Karyn Gallion (Jacob Gallion) and Margaret Minuth; her granddaughter Brittany Haywood (Joshua Owens); and her great grandchildren, Zachary Owens and Liam Owens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Andrews Funeral Home (7192 Main St, Gloucester, VA 23061). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ware Episcopal Church (7825 John Clayton Memorial Hwy, Gloucester, VA 23061).
