We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2023, at the age of 82, Sylvia Irene Young of Gloucester Point, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Billy Gene Young; her children, Sherry A. Young and William G. Young Sr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Charles Hostetler (Jennifer), Sarah Bodin (Christopher), Christopher Sylvia, Maria Sylvia, William Gene Young Jr. and Lauren Young; and her great grandchildren, Isla and Olivia. She is also survived by friends and special caregivers.
