Cook of Oxon Hill; his sister Kindra Jennings (James); his nieces, Kayla, Emerald, Ashely and Montrelle; and his aunts and uncles, Sylvia Butler (Louis), Mary Howard (Elijah), Catherine Reid (Ernest), Bernetta Jones (Clarence), Darlene Bryant (Harry), Debbie Williams (Johnny), Cynthia Johnson (Melvin), Pamela Cook (Fred), Tiny Wallace (Alvin), Wendy Cook, Preston Jackson (Sheila), Franklin Scott (Delores), Robert Scott (Mary), Wayne Cook (Debbie), Linwood Cook (Dorothy), Albert Cook, Ralph Scott, James Scott and Timothy Payne. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, co-workers, and friends.
