He is survived by : his wife Rosalia Leone (Brooklyn); his children, Salvatore Leone III (Martha), Maurizio Leone (Gale) and Rosa Leone-Hogge (Jay); his grandchildren, Salvatore Leone IV (Sandy), Rosolia Reuss (Craig), Anna Philips (Marc), Cristina Schultz (Chris), Amanda Lewis (Brandon), Jessica Tamplet (Austin), Nadia Lyerly (Jon-Tyler), Ivana Lafata, Michela Lafata (Jamey), John Hogge III, Salvatore Hogge and Isabella Hogge; his great grandchildren, Salvatore V, Zack, Sawyer, Sophia, Cason, Skylar, Lena, Noah, Cooper, Sadie, Preston, Gigi, Adam, Luke, Abby, Adelina, Maurina, Paul and James; and his siblings, Josephine Russo, Rosalia Leone, Mimma Leone (Aggie) and Anthony Leone Sr. (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
