With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Henry Shackelford of Gloucester Point, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Henry Edward Shackelford Jr.; his brother-in-law Michael Collier; and his grandparents, Henry Shackelford Sr., Graham and Cornelia Hogge.
He is survived by: his wife Tiina Jonasch Shackelford; his children, Miranda and Alix; his mother Sherry Hogge Shackelford; his sister Kristen Collier; his nephews, Ethan and Aidan; and his grandmother Geneva Shackelford (Jonasch). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
