She is survived by: her children, Samuel Hilliard of Newport News, VA, Scarlet Hilliard of Newport News, VA, Tutti Hilliard (Laurie) of Gloucester, VA, Mitchell Hilliard (Susan) of Gloucester, VA, James Hilliard (Wendy) of Gloucester, VA, Harry Hilliard (Dawn) of Frederick, MD and Joice Marie Higa (Kevin) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many close friends.
