It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Edwards Miles of Gloucester Point, Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Edwards and Irene Parks Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Miles; her sister JoAnn Keenan; and her brother-in-law Derek Keenan.
