He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Shaffner, Jr. and Irene Siviter Shaffner. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Susie); his sons, Thomas (Becky) and Brent (Dima); his grandchildren, Ardyn Lou and Zayn Charles; and his siblings, David Rubright (Nancy), Carrie Duncan (Mike) and Carol Dietch (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
