He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie Vernon and Ruby Francis Miller Mann; his former wife Katherine Mann; his wife Karen Ruth Kelly-Mann; his siblings, Ottie B. "Junior" Mann, Jr., Norita Bailey and Helen Adkins; and his stepchildren, Donna Kay Dingess (John) and Jim Banning (Becky).
He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ellen Kelly of Glen Lyn, VA; his sister Laura "Patty" Jones of Peterstown, WV; and his stepchildren, Susie Becker of Neoga, IL and Robert "Bob" Banning (Karen) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
