He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Washington and Sadie Davis Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Lora, Clyde, Bill, Francis and Tommy; his wife Jennifer Snyder Smith; his sister Gypsy Clyburn; his son Dr. Terry Smith; his granddaughter Kennedy Smith; his child Bernie; and also Snyder. He is also survived by in-laws; and a host of lifelong friends.
