With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Howard Kramer of Glen Allen, Virginia, born in Richmond, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his father Ray Sylvester Kramer. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Lundin Kramer; his sisters, Doris Dixon (James) and Pauline Martin (William); his children, Karen Kramer Barton (John), Keith Christian Kramer (Suzzie), Brian Edward Kramer (Bonnie) and Michael Wayne Kramer (Jullianne); his grandchildren, Jonathan Barton (Jessica), Evan Barton, Allison Kramer, Ryan Kramer (Megan), Jason Kramer (Maggie), Abbie Hefner (Cole), Calvin Kramer, Claire Kramer, Stephen McIntyre (Amber), Erin Kaim (Michael) and Andrew McIntyre; and also, Andrew Barton, Amelia Barton, Juliet Barton, Jackson Barton, Lochlan Barton, Myles Barton, Orion Barton and Simon Barton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bliley's Central Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
