He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Clyde and Mary Amburn McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Retta" H. McKenzie; and his son Andrew "Andy" Calvin McKenzie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
