She is survived by: her husband Tommy O. Moon; her parents, W. E. Duke Sr. and Viola Eddleton Duke; her brothers, W. E. Duke Jr. and David Thomas Duke Sr. Sadie; her daughters, Pamela Moon and Wanda Witte; her grandchildren, Nathan Moon, Laura, Sarah and Emma; and her sisters, Martha Ingersoll and Jean Riddle. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
