He is survived by: his wife Sue Wise Knighten; his brother David Ralph Knighten (Sherry); his daughters-in-law, David, Tressa, Michael, Nicole, Thomas, Stephanie, Patrick and Joanna; and his grandchildren, Jack, Bronte, Claire, James, Luke, Mark, Mason and Madelyn.
