He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie Heckelsmiller. He is survived by: his wife Kim Heckelsmiller; his grandchildren, Brandy Cathey (Billy), Belinda Heckelsmiller, Brandon Heckelsmiller (Libni), Brittany Payne (Chris), Shane Phillips (Jessica) and Nico Nickels; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Caelan, Blake, Laci Bella, Ellah, Jase, Zayn and Rowan.
