He is survived by: his wife Edith Parrish Seay; his children, Bonnie Hicks (Bobby) and James Seay, III (Lisa); his granddaughters, Brooke Whitlow (Daniel) and Alyssa Seay; and his great grandchildren, Rhys and John Whitlow.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Springfield Christian Church (18285 Vontay Rd, Rockville, VA 23146).
