He was predeceased by: his wife Inez Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Penny Mitchell (Robert), Tammy Bennett (Dennis), Becky Payne, David Edwards (Page), Joseph Edwards (Jennifer) and Steven Edwards; his siblings, John Edwards, Phyllis Brooks, Vivian Edwards and Frances Frames; and his close friend Juanita Brown. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
