He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Sloan and Ethel Ester McMeans; his sister Shirley Mark; his brother-in-law Adam Mark; and his nephew Larry Mark.
He is survived by: his spouse Kerryn Markwell; and his sister Janet Markiewicz (Bernie) of Daytona Beach, FL. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Vernon Baptist Church (11220 Nuckols Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059).
