She was predeceased by: her parents, James Windham and Willie Mae Windham; her daughters, Wilma Jean Tate, Wanda Hope Perkins and Angela Carol Miller; and her siblings, Roy Windham and Helen Busby.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Franklin Fox; her sons, Christopher Kent Fox and Carl Franklin Fox; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Crouch (Tim) and Joseph Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Willow Crouch.
