He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William and Marion Grey Puckette. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Williams Puckette; his children, Walter William "Trey" Puckette, III (Jessi), Aaron Scott Puckette (Whitney) and Abby Rose Puckette Tribble (Brad); his grandchildren, Lillian Grace, Isabel Grey, Layton Owen, Ashby Layne, Henry Scott, Avie Mae, Walter Whitt, Robert Cade Puckette and Hazel Rose Tribble; his sister Joan Cox (David); his siblings-in-law, Pat Kent (Tony), Kay Lynch (Darrell) and David (Tammy); and his father-in-law Alford Williams.
