He is survived by: his wife Lana Beverly; his children, Samuel Dwight Beverly Jr. (JoEllen) of Gladys and Tammy McDaniel (Joey) of Madison; his grandchildren, Whittney Beverly and Jeremy Beverly; and his sisters, Janice Layne, Susan Revis, Cathy Neal and Sharon Seigla.
