He was predeceased by: his wife Bess Marcus Lloyd; his father William Everett Lloyd; and his brother William Lloyd. He is survived by: his mother Nannie Eades Lloyd of Brookneal; his children, Dean Lloyd, Jr. (Jesse) of Drakes Branch, Christopher Lloyd (Bethany) of Richmond and Jennifer Lloyd of Las Vegas, N. V.; and his siblings, Edna Guthrie (Stafford) and Bobby Lloyd of Brookneal. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Following CDC guidelines those who attend the service will be required to wear a mask and social distance.
