He is survived by: his children, Patricia Dunkley of Gladys, Tonika Goode of North Carolina, T'Angelia Goode of California, James Goode (Tammy) of Brookneal and Roosevelt William Goode III (Trey) of Gladys; his brother John T. Davis of Lynchburg; and his close friend Deborah Hamilton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
