He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert I. Maddox and Mary Sublett Maddox; and his brothers, Billy, Lowell and James Maddox.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lemar Maddox; his children, Timothy Ray Maddox (Tina) of Colorado Springs, Sherri Maddox (Keith Guthrie) of Nathalie and Melinda Senn (Jeremy) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Josh, Katy Maddox, Eli and Ezra Senn; his brother-in-law Terry Self; and his friend Preston Coates. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; special friend.
