He is survived by: his wife Gladys Gensurowsky; his children, Ethan Gensurowsky and Madison Gensurowsky; and his siblings, Debra Stinson (Pat), Helen Jenkins (Danny), Yvonne Gensurowsky, Brad Gensurowsky and Steve Gensurowsky (Cindy).
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Bonsack United Methodist Church or Good Samaritan Hospice.
