With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary St. John Ellington of Gladys, Virginia, born in Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Clabern St. John and Frances Hammock St. John; and her sister Margaret Angel. She is survived by: her sons, Clabern Ellington of Blue Ridge and Brian Woosley (Jessica) of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Gabrielle and Maximus Woosley; her sister Ruby Davis of Gladys; and her nephews, Dustin Davis and Chris Davis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel UMC Cemetery Fund.
