It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lila Crabtree Carr of Gladys, Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Stafford Jesse Carr; her parents, Addie James Crabtree and Louise Whitlow Crabtree; and her son James Stafford Carr. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Diane R. Carr (Newell); her granddaughter Kelly C. Neal (Benjamin) of Gladys; her great grandchildren, Savanah, James and River Neal; and her nieces, Susie Holt and Cheryl Handy.
Following CDC guidelines those attending the service will be required to wear a mask and social distance.
