She was predeceased by: her husband Lee E. Webb, Sr.; her parents, Raymond Carter and Evelyn Carter; and her children, Marie Oden Gilmer and Lee Webb, Jr. (Buddy).

She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Webb Vernon and Valerie Webb Davis (Larry); and her grandchildren, Chris Oden, Allen Oden, Joshua, Ryan Webb, Jimmy, Matthew Gilmer, Lara Davis and Hunter Jackson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; a host of Nieces and Nephews.
