She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Moorefield and Annie Dell Wade Moorefield; and her siblings, Harold, Mack, Roy Moorefield and Jane Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Jennifer Williams) and Pamela (Greg Epperson); her grandchildren, Destiny, Kassidy, Loren, Iraland, Koal, Ruger Williams, Conner and Garrett Epperson; her great grandchildren, Kanaan, Korbyn, Waylon and Iris; and also Sunshine.
