He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson "Bill" Epperson and Nellie Elder Epperson; and his siblings, Billy Epperson, Louise Edmonds and Martha Pollard.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dickerson Epperson; his daughter Lisa Epperson Parrish (James) of Gladys; his grandchildren, Ashley Parrish Bernard (Scott) of Concord and Elizabeth Parrish Schrock (Larry) of Gladys; his great grandchildren, Levi, Raelynn Bernard and Hayden Schrock; his sister Nancy Lloyd of Brookneal; and his brother-in-law Roger Dickerson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
