He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Garland and Helen Wilburn Williams; his significant other Hazel Owen Williams; his son Dannis E. Williams; his sons-in-law, Tony Kent and Bill Puckette; his brother Steve Williams; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Litchford and Bert Foster.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia W. Kent, Beverly W. Puckette and David H. Williams (Tammy); his daughter-in-law Kay W. Lynch (Darrell); his grandchildren, Christin Elliott (Chris Clay), Heather Keyes (Matt Miller), Trey Puckette (Jessica), Jonathan Williams (Jamie), Aaron Puckette (Whitney), Jeremy Kent (Shannon), Brendan Kent (Amanda), Nathaniel Williams (Katie), Abby P. Tribble (Brad), Emily Williams and Jordan Williams; his great grandchildren, Logan Anthony, Jack Elliott, Mason, Liam Keyes, Lilly, Isabel, Layton, Ashby, Henry, Avie, Whitt, Cade Puckette, Hazel Tribble, Archer Kent, Aiden, Isaac, June Hazel and Amos Williams; his siblings, Marion W. Litchford, Juanita W. Foster, James Williams (Nancy) and H. T. Williams (Marian); and his sister-in-law Margaret Vassar (George). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
